ZERØ2 website Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the website zerodois.com (“Website” or “Service”) from ZERØ2 brand, a trademark property of Coimbra-B Lda with the Portuguese VAT Number 514616857 (henceforth named ZERØ2), and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and ZERØ2 (“ZERØ2”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and ZERØ2, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Our products are handmade. They don’t exist until you order them, they will be customised by you, made for you. We will help you as better as we can to make sure you made a good choice and to avoid any mistake. We will provide high resolution samples of the fabrics, so you can seem them pretty well and be sure when selecting the color and texture of your products, although colours may differ from monitor to monitor you might use. We reserve de right to change products, sizes, materials and prices without prior notice. Every change we will made will be displayed on our website, either by text or image. You will always see the most accurate possible product image to the one you will receive in your destination.

All our products are manufactured when you place your order, so it means that when you order them, you are actually creating them.

Items are shipped in the moment they are ready, usually it takes 3 weeks to have them done and ready to ship, so you can count on having them in 4-5 weeks after your order is placed. When your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number too.

ZERØ2 it is responsible if the shipment is lost or the product damaged during transportation. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your own initiative, you are responsible for its loss or damage. We recommend packing returned products in the original container/box or similar and advise you to insure the shipment. (!) If you receive a damaged product you must contact us at costumer@zerodois.com and immediately report the damage. We will help you on the next steps to be taken. You must also keep the outer box as a part of the investigation for the cause of the damage. For all kinds of damages, to the outer box and/or the content of the box, you should immediately take digital pictures of the damaged outer box and/or the content.

Please contact our customer service at costumer@zerodois.com if you have any problems such as damages or, in any way, incorrect orders. If parcel arrive in bad condition and products inside are missing or damaged you need to make a complaint to the delivering company, immediately. We will need photos sent to us in order to handle your complaint. If returning any product, after agreed with our customer service representative, use the original package, include a description of the damage.

We are a happy brand. In 18 years of existence, ZERØ2 had one complain and zero returns, however, if something went wrong and you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive at home, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date and we will refund you by 75% of the paid price, shipping costs deducted.

Please note that we will have costs associated to the return of your product made with a specific fabric that we don’t know if we will sell in the future.

Prices displayed on this website apply at the time of order, and includes Portuguese VAT (23%). The total price includes the price for the products and possibly shipping fees. The total price will become visible at the checkout-page as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.

ZERØ2 offers you to pay with credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), Bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay.

You shall pay all fees or charges in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
